THERMOSKIN® is produced by Zestwin Pty Limited, a company dedicated to commercially viable innovation that produces greater returns for sheep farmers around the world.
In a nut shell, Down Under Technologies exists to create products that save sheep farmers’ time and money, increase productivity for greater returns, and maintain the health of their livestock.
Currently, the driving force behind the innovation and production of the quality products of Down Under Technologies is Henry King.
Henry has a long and distinguished history in the hands on creation commercially viable products. This plethora of experience started before 1969 when Henry completed his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Chemistry at the University of NSW because whilst studying, Henry was employed as a trainee in the chemical/aerosol industry.
Henry is extremely practical in his analysis and production of products due his understanding of the commercial process which he gained from his vast experience laid out below.

From 1976 - 1992 Henry set up and operated his own manufacturing business for the next 16 years, expanding into the cosmetic, therapeutic, food and janitorial areas of -
1. Contract manufacturing for multi national and other companies.
2. Formulation and product development.
3. Manufacturing and marketing own products.
Whilst at Samuel Taylor Henry was part of the team which developed ‘Aerogard’. Products developed in his own businesses included Aloe Vera gel; hair care ranges; skin care creams and lotions; sunscreens; specialised disinfectant, household and therapeutic products. Henry has also presented papers and conducted workshops at various conferences around the world. |
Since then Henry has been a Consulting and Manufacturing Chemist for Zestwin trading as Down Under Cosmetics-Chemicals and Down Under Technologies. Specific consulting in the following fields:
t Export opportunities and facilitating clients’ applications to obtain approval and sales in USA, Eastern Europe, Europe and Asia.
t Product registration process under current Australian legislation. Have registered antiseptics, sunscreens, ear care treatments, head lice shampoo, mouth wash, Vitamin E cream as well as other therapeutic, cosmetic and household products.
t Food supplements, sports drinks and a range of diet tablets.
t Veterinary Products including pessaries, insecticides and the new product Thermoskin® etc.
t Formulation upgrades on established ranges of cosmetic, hair, skin care and household products including packaging reviews.
t New products and formulations for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, veterinary and janitorial industries.
t Preparation of plans which take a product from concept to market.
t Advise manufacturers on factory layouts, improved efficiency and cost saving initiatives.
Since 1968, Henry has been a member of the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists; he is a Past President, Chairman of the Technical Committee and was Organizing Chairman of the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists Sydney World Congress in 1978
Henry is currently a member of the Technical and Australian Industry Committees and on ASCC Council. He has also presented a technical paper at the last ASCC Conference held in Hamilton Island in March, 2003, and prepared the Society’s Position Paper on” Baby Products”. Reviewed and updated the Position Paper on “Benefits of Cosmetics”.
Henry is committed, competent, innovative, and productive, and over the last 30+ years has proved his integrity and ability to deliver results. Henry’s dedication to making a difference to sheep farmers is now his driving force and he continues to look for innovative ways to provide efficiencies and improve productivity which helps growers achieve better and better returns. |
